LLMs policy

We believe that competition is fair only if people do not heavily use frontier models capable of autonomously solving CTF tasks. However, we also believe that those models are incredibly useful for boring and uninteresting tasks.

We will enforce a restricted AI policy as follows. Each team will be provided with an OpenRouter API key with 5 USD credit. The only model accessible from this API key is Minimax M3. This model is cheap enough so that 5 USD corresponds to 5.2 million tokens in output and 21,73 million input tokens. Teams may use only this API key to query LLMs. All other forms of LLMs are strictly banned, including local models. You can query your remaining credits using an API call to OpenRouter We impose no restriction on the harness, you can freely use a chat-based interface, as well as agent harnesses like opencode or pi. The important detail is that all tokens must come from the provided OpenRouter key. We may ask you to show us your agent configuration.

We reserve the right to change these rules at any time, and disallow any behaviour that goes against the spirit of these rules and the fairness of the competition. If you are unsure if something is allowed or not, please ask beforehand.
